Here at Quality Kitchens Co we aim to make the process of purchasing a new kitchen as simple as we can by taking certain steps to ensure that you have a stress free experience.

Here are the steps taken from your initial concept right through to completion.

• The initial enquiry can be via email, phone or in person at the Showroom in Carmarthen.
• We would then make two appointments. One for you to come to the showroom and choose your new kitchen, worktop, sink, taps, and appliances. Then a second for us to come and measure your kitchen.
• We will then create a free design based on your ideas offering new ideas and advice if needed.
• When the design is complete we will invite you to your kitchen presentation. This is where everything including the design, likes, dislikes, changes and the quote will be discussed and finalized.
• We can then arrange dates to suit for delivery and fitters.
• We require a 50% deposit upon order (customers are automatically enrolled to Omega PLC’s Customer Deposit Guarantee Scheme so you have peace of mind that your money is safe) or we are delighted to now offer finance.
• The remaining payments will be discussed at the point of order.
• We ensure a reliable and efficient after sales service. If you have any query with regards to your new kitchen then we invite you to come to us and we will do our very best to rectify any problems in timely manner.
